Gengiz Madakbas - Operations Director
With a remarkable 30 years of experience within the ICT sector, Gengiz has witnessed the evolution of technology and industry trends firsthand. His journey began in 1995 when he stepped into the IT world as an engineer. Gaining expertise on installing and maintaining IT equipment and systems led him to design and implement critical business IT solutions for clients. Gengiz expanded his skill set, taking on roles in technical project management and running the technical department.
Currently, as the Operational Director at BTM IT Solutions Ltd, he oversees the company’s operations, ensuring efficient and effective IT services for clients.
Gengiz’s knowledge spans from the days of MS Windows 95 to the present era of cloud-based computing. His commitment to understanding client needs underscores his success in the field.
Paul Burns - Sales Director
Paul has an impressive 25 years of experience within the ICT sector. His journey began in 1998 when he joined Brookland Computer Services Limited, transitioning from the distributor CHS Electronics. Over the years, Paul has played a pivotal role in various aspects of the business, from general account management to procurement and client services director. His close collaboration with both the sales and technical teams has made him an integral part of the company’s operations.
Paul’s expertise extends across a diverse range of industries, including retail, fast-food chains, the finance sector, and even steel stockholders and processors. As the Sales Director, he focuses on client engagement, sales, and marketing. His commitment to delivering the right IT solutions to small and medium businesses underscores his dedication to excellence.
Andrew Stevens - Technical Director
Andrew is the technical director at BTM IT Solutions, bringing over 17 years of expertise in technical design and project delivery. As the Technical Director, Andrew is tasked with ensuring that BTM IT Solutions consistently offers cutting-edge solutions that are not only innovative but also effectively meet the unique needs of our clients.
In his role, Andrew oversees the development and implementation of solutions, ensuring they are delivered on time and efficiently. His leadership and vision are pivotal in maintaining the company’s reputation for high-quality service and client satisfaction.
When he’s not busy with professional responsibilities, Andrew enjoys riding his motorbike. However, these days, he finds himself spending more time chasing after his energetic young daughter, who keeps him on his toes.
